Pluglify builds Shopify apps designed to help merchants manage and improve their online stores.

Pluglify is based in British Columbia, Canada.

Use of Our Apps

You agree to use our apps only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with Shopify's terms and policies.

You are responsible for your Shopify store, your products, your customers, and how you choose to configure our apps.

InStock

InStock helps merchants hide, fade, badge, and monitor sold-out or low-stock products.

InStock does not intentionally change your Shopify inventory, product publishing status, product content, or collections.

Availability

We work to keep our apps reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Apps may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, Shopify API changes, or third-party service interruptions.

Third-Party Services

Our apps may rely on third-party services such as Shopify, Render, PostgreSQL hosting, and Resend.

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, outages, policy changes, or service interruptions.

Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using our apps, you agree to the data practices described there.

Fees

InStock may be offered for free during early access or launch periods.

If paid plans are introduced in the future, pricing and billing details will be clearly shown before you are charged.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pluglify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or business interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim related to our apps will not exceed the amount you paid to Pluglify for the app in the previous three months.

No Warranty

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties that the apps will meet every requirement, work with every theme, or operate without interruption.

Termination

You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them from your Shopify store.

We may suspend or terminate access if an app is misused, abused, or used in violation of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
